Curriculum Overview
Gi and No-Gi grappling taught by Coach Artem — BJJ brown belt, ADCC No-Gi champion, and AJP champion in both Gi and No-Gi. The same coach who leads wrestling also runs BJJ.
Gi Training
Traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the kimono. Gi training develops precision, patience, and a deep understanding of grips, leverage, and control. Learn collar chokes, lapel guards, and classic submission chains that form the foundation of BJJ.
No-Gi Training
Fast-paced grappling without the kimono. No-Gi emphasises underhooks, body locks, and leg attacks. This style translates directly to wrestling and MMA, and develops speed, agility, and adaptability on the ground.
Belt Progression Path
White Belt
Learn fundamental positions, basic submissions, escapes, and guard retention. Build your grappling vocabulary and develop mat awareness.
Blue Belt
Expand your game with chained attacks, guard passing systems, and takedown integration. Develop a personal style.
Purple Belt & Beyond
Refine advanced techniques, develop teaching ability, and compete at higher levels. Master transitions and positional control.

How BJJ Complements Wrestling
Wrestling gives you takedowns and top control. BJJ adds submissions, guard work, and the ability to finish — making you dangerous from every position.
Submission Threats
BJJ adds a finishing layer to your wrestling. Instead of just controlling opponents on the ground, you learn to lock in chokes and joint locks from every dominant position.
Guard & Bottom Game
Wrestlers rarely train off their backs. BJJ fills that gap with sweeps, submissions from guard, and the ability to stay dangerous even from a bottom position.
Transition Awareness
BJJ sharpens your ability to flow between positions. You learn to chain submissions during scrambles and capitalize on the openings your wrestling creates.
Complete Grappler
Combining wrestling's takedowns and top control with BJJ's submissions and guard work creates a grappler with no weaknesses — dominant everywhere the fight goes.
